Comprehensive Data Sources
The REX platform collects and refines data from a wide spectrum of sources to provide a complete picture. Data is continuously preprocessed to ensure search results can be delivered in seconds, not hours.
NETWORK DATA
REX collects and processes data from mobile signaling (both mobile and fixed), CDRs/billing records, NAT/IP address records, passive probes (XDRs), roaming records (including TAP/NRTRDE files), and cell trace data (Timing Advance).
IP ADDRESS DATA
The platform handles complex IP address mapping by automatically integrating data from sources like CG-NAT, DHCP, and RADIUS logs. REX manages mappings for IPv4 (public IP + port-range ⇄ private IP) and is IPv6 ready.
GEOLOCATION DATA
Positioning data is primarily sourced from network information such as cell IDs, geographical coordinates, and cell directions. This data can be enriched with Timing Advance measurements and integrated with external mobile positioning systems (MPS) if available.
REFERENCE DATA
REX enriches all collected data by mapping signaling and IP records against business systems. This includes CRM/customer records, cell inventory and planning data, map data, and device databases.
REAL-TIME & HISTORICAL DATA
The platform provides access to both historical and near real-time data. Data is retained only for the legally specified time period. REX also supports "Data Freeze" capabilities to meet preservation orders.

REX is built to be data-source agnostic. It doesn't matter what providers are used for billing or network equipment, for example; the platform can handle the data. This makes the system flexible and future-proof.
MULTI-CRM INTEGRATION
REX can integrate with multiple parallel CRM systems simultaneously. The platform consolidates all customer information and presents it in a single, unified report, regardless of which source system the data comes from.
FLEXIBLE EXPORT FORMATS
Data and reports can be delivered automatically or semi-automatically to the requester. REX supports a multitude of standard formats, including JSON, XML, CSV, and ETSI TS 102 657, with advanced options for API or Kafka-based exports.
AUTOMATED CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The REX Case Management System (CMS) automates the entire workflow: from receiving requests via e-CODEX to automated query execution, report generation, and secure delivery.
